What are the shipping options?

We offer standard and priority shipping through USPS, including to Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you ship international?

Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally at this time, but we hope to in the future.

Do you accept returns?

We will gladly accept returns of unworn apparel and accessories for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Post cards are not eligible for return at this time.

How do I make a return?

If you would like to make a return, please Contact Us with your Order #. A refund will be issued to you for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax.

How do I make an exchange?

If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item then place a new order.

What is a drop?

Think of our drop’s like pre-ordering. The drop structure allows us to better gauge our community’s interest and keep releasing exciting new products.

When drops?

Although we aren’t committed to a schedule, but we will do our best to release fun and exciting products for our community.

When will my drop product ship?

Most drop’s will run 6 weeks, at which point we will begin manufacturing and look to ship 8 weeks from the product launch date.
